Shipping Policy
  1. Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  2. PBi stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a PBI representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
  3. PBI can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada via FedEx. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed. NOTE: For shipments outside of the United States and Canada, please email PBI at Email: bags@pacificbag.com or call (425) 455-1128.
  4. PBi is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by FedEx.
  5. Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.
