The PBi management has extensive experience with flexible packaging. Mark V. Howley, President/CEO, has over fifteen years experience in laminated packages and modified atmosphere packaging systems. Mark has been published in a range of industry magazines and technical publications, and he frequently speaks at trade conventions.

The sales and support management team, headed by Glenn Sacco, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, have a combined experience of more than 35 years with modified atmosphere flexible packaging systems. On the Operations side, Cassady Laton, Vice-President of Operations, offers an intimate familiarity with packaging capabilities in the US, Europe and the Far East. Bill Walters, Technical Director, has over 15 years of experience in flexible packaging, including work with Fres-co, Allied/Honeywell and Avery Dennison. Bill’s hands on experience with one-way valves, custom printed multi-ply laminates and troubleshooting adds to PBi's sales and service capilities. Kelle Vandenberg, PBi Marketing Manager/PBideas Product Manager brings an extensive understanding and knowledge of our customer base, market segments, and new products search with a focus on source reduction and reusable packaging.

Located in Woodinville, Washington, PBi services over 2,800 active customers in more than 40 countries. PBi works within markets such as specialty coffee, dry pet food, food additives, hybrid seeds, specialty nuts, and other "niche" markets.
